All of the ticket proceeds will be donated to Good Samaritan Ranch (Feb. 14) or Safe Passage (Feb. 15).

Four-Course Dinner Menu


Start with an appetizer of caprese skewers and cocktail meatballs, followed by an artisan house salad with candied pecans, mandarin oranges, pears and huckleberry-poppy seed vinaigrette. For your main course choose from chicken or fresh wild-caught salmon Oscar served with hollandaise covered crab and asparagus, rice pilaf, mixed roasted vegetables, and warm rolls with butter. No alcohol is served on the premises, therefore each table will enjoy White Zinfandel from Napa Valley’s Sutter Home Vineyards since 1800’s Fre’ de-alcoholized wine and Chardonnay White Wine from Monterry, CA’s J. Lohr Vineyards’ Ariel de-alcoholized wine since 1985. To round out the evening, finish with a dessert Phantom of the Opera sampler.

Idaho Wildlife Museum

With over 200 bronze Idaho wildlife, the museum showcases one of the world’s largest bronze wildlife displays. It features the Frederic Remington Collection, one of the nation’s few complete reproductions of all of Remington’s 22 original-size western bronze sculptures. Learn more at

Good Samaritan Ranch – February 14, 2020

Good Samaritan Rehabilitation is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping men and women break free from addiction through the freedom of Jesus Christ. As a faith-based rehabilitation program, they focus on healing the symptoms of addiction while addressing the causes of addiction through the study of Christ. Good Samaritan Rehabilitation is staffed by a compassionate team and many have come from similar backgrounds with addiction. Safe Passage – February 15, 2020

Safe Passage helps all survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including children. They offer safe shelter, counseling, court advocacy and more. Along with being free and confidential, they also offer care and assistance 24/7. Last year, Safe Passage served 1,339 survivors and answered 1,880 hotline calls. They provided 2,728 safe nights for 156 adults and 72 children. Safe Passage also works to prevent future abuse through community and teen outreach. Learn more.

Your host for the evening is Dan Pinkerton, a classical violinist and the Founder & CEO of one of the region’s largest Registered Investment Advisory firms.  He will share brief inspirational charitable strategies on “Your Legacy: Make More So You Can Give More.”  Dan will take a few minutes to introduce each song, tying the message of the song to the romantic theme of the night and each person’s legacy of significance.
