Family Promise of Spokane
Family Promise helps local communities coordinate their compassion to address the root causes of family homelessness. We tap existing local resources to empower families towards economic stability. Families come to us in crisis; we help them rebuild their lives with new skills and ongoing support. We address the issue holistically, providing prevention services before families reach crisis, shelter and case management when they become homeless, and stabilization programs once they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent. Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene
The Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene (MCCDA) will serve the mission of, “To nurture the pursuit of musical excellence through accessible instruction, collaborative partnerships, and performances.” by creating an infrastructure of teachers, classes, performers and events. By collaborating with other music schools, MCCDA will share teachers, students and events to create the magic of music that will inspire participants and audience. By producing a program that instills the same values and accreditations that the Conservatory of Sandpoint uses, we can ensure a similar success. Spokane, and its potential conservatory, will be a resource as we grow—helping to make a “triangle of collaboration” between Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, and Spokane. Learn more.
