Please join us for a Romantic Night at the Museum Four-Course Dinner Event. We are offering four nights in February 2023, each one highlighting a different non-profit from 6pm – 9pm.

  • Monday, Feb. 13 – Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene
  • Tuesday, Feb. 14 – Genesis Prep School

Four-Course Dinner Menu

THE COEUR D’ALENE RESORT WILL PROVIDE A DELICIOUS AND ROMANTIC DINNER SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THIS EVENT.

Start with an appetizer of caprese skewers and toasted walnut crostini, followed by an artisan executive banquet chef’s salad. For your main course choose from Chicken Coeur d’Alene stuffed with bacon, spinach, panko and mushrooms warm berry sauce, or fresh wild-caught Salmon Orzo served with roasted fennel, tomatoes lemon beurre blanc, parmesan parsley, and seasonal vegetables. No alcohol is served on the premises, therefore each table will enjoy White Zinfandel from Napa Valley’s Sutter Home Vineyards since 1800’s Fre’ de-alcoholized wine and Chardonnay White Wine from Monterey, CA’s J. Lohr Vineyards’ Ariel de-alcoholized wine since 1985. To round out the evening, finish with a dessert Phantom of the Opera chocolate mold with marble cheesecake.

Idaho Wildlife Museum

With over 200 bronze Idaho wildlife, the museum showcases one of the world’s largest bronze wildlife displays, the Idaho Gem Collection with dozens of gems found in Idaho, and the Frederic Remington Collection, the world’s only complete reproduction exhibit of all of Remington’s 22 original-size western bronze sculptures. Inland Northwest Opera

Originally founded in 2001, Inland Northwest Opera (INO ) serves Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington with world-renowned talent and emerging artists in the opera world. In addition to the annual Mainstage opera, the company brings Opera on the Lake and the Opera-tunities program into area schools and community public venues. Family Promise of Spokane

Family Promise helps local communities coordinate their compassion to address the root causes of family homelessness. We tap existing local resources to empower families towards economic stability. Families come to us in crisis; we help them rebuild their lives with new skills and ongoing support. We address the issue holistically, providing prevention services before families reach crisis, shelter and case management when they become homeless, and stabilization programs once they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent. Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene

The Music Conservatory of Coeur d’Alene (MCCDA) will serve the mission of, “To nurture the pursuit of musical excellence through accessible instruction, collaborative partnerships, and performances.” by creating an infrastructure of teachers, classes, performers and events. By collaborating with other music schools, MCCDA will share teachers, students and events to create the magic of music that will inspire participants and audience. By producing a program that instills the same values and accreditations that the Conservatory of Sandpoint uses, we can ensure a similar success. Your hosts for the evening are Dan & Kathryn Pinkerton, founders of the Idaho Character Foundation, the Idaho Wildlife Museum, and Pinkerton Retirement Specialists. Dan is a classical violinist  and will share brief inspirational charitable strategies on “Your Legacy: Make More So You Can Give More.” He will take a few minutes to introduce each song, tying the message of the song to the romantic theme of the night and each person’s legacy of significance.
