If you need to cancel your tickets for a full refund, then you must send us an email below no later than 10am, 2 days before your performance date. Send a message to us below or email us at tickets@nightatmuseum.org no later than 10 a.m. PDT, two days before the concert.
(For example, if you have tickets for the 6 pm, Tuesday, February 14 dinner concert, you must have sent the email no later than 10 a.m. PT on February 12.) All tickets are non-refundable after 10 a.m. PT, 2 days before the dinner concert.
